Sor'Eva
-
Piazza della Rovere 108, Roma

by locals, a lot lot of whom eat there everyday,

Trattoria "der Pallaro"
Largo der Pallaro 13, Roma

Still working the
old fashioned way: you sit down and they serve
you what they have prepared for the day, which
usually is a lot more food than a human can eat!
They bring you your wine, water or sodas and the
bill is fixed: 25.00 Euros per person!

special care. |

Osteria "da Franca"
Via Appia Antica 28, Roma
Tel. 06 5136792
Very simple and
old fashioned. Franca is not really young

everyone's mom sticking to the tradition:
gnocchi on Thursdays, baccalà on Fridays and son
on.

only an old wine barrel hanging outside above of
the door. Only open for lunch Monday through
Friday. No credit cards! |
